CAP Life Skills Course

St Mary’s Church in Southgate are planning to run a Christians Against Poverty Life Skills course starting on Wednesday 15th June.

This course is open to everyone who is struggling with life's challenges, irrespective of their financial situation. CAP covers topics ranging from coping with high pressure selling, living on a budget, healthy eating and shopping, managing energy bills, promoting good relationships, including forgiveness.

The course runs for eight weeks and each class will start at 11am and finish by 12.30pm.
