CofE and EA calls to Prayer

In a letter to the nation, the Archbishops of Canterbury and York have invited the nation to join them in prayer, in a message encouraging ‘calm, courageous and compassionate’ responses to the difficulties of the second national lockdown in England.

They invite you to join them in daily prayer at 6pm during lockdown using resources published on the Church of England’s website and social media channels. See here for more details.

From the Evangelical Alliance, the International Day of Prayer for the persecuted church provides an opportunity for churches to focus their attention on our brothers and sisters in parts of the world where they risk their life to worship God and share the gospel.
